1 Scope of application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply to all consultancy services provided by ROLAND SILI | CONSULTING for clients.

1.2 A client is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.

1.3 ROLAND SILI | CONSULTING offers paid services in the context of psychological counselling and coaching via digital communication channels or in person. The online service is provided online via https://www.rolandsili.com and other digital communication channels (e.g. Skype, FaceTime, Zoom).

1.4 Counselling is always subject to a fee. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer by the client. Counselling can only take place after conclusion of the contract in accordance with point 3.

2 Contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded with ROLAND SILI | CONSULTING, owner: Roland Sili, 20255 Hamburg.

3 Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the consulting services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.

3.2 By placing an order, you make a binding booking for the counselling service. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your booking by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your booking. A counselling service is bindingly booked upon receipt of our confirmation. You will receive an invoice marked ‘paid’ by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of payment.

4. Right of cancellation
If you are a client (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of cancellation in accordance with the statutory provisions.

In all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the following cancellation policy apply to the right of cancellation.

4.1 You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of the confirmed booking of the counselling appointment without giving reasons. If the booked counselling appointment is scheduled at short notice and falls within the cancellation period, point 4.2 applies.

4.2 If you cancel up to 5 days before the booked counselling appointment, we will charge 50% of the counselling fee. If you cancel later, the full counselling fee must be paid.

4.3 In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration by email to info@rolandsili.com.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

5. Prices
The prices quoted include the statutory value added tax.

6. Payment
Payment shall be made in advance by bank transfer.
